The Richland County Sheriff's Department arrested two men for burglary and larceny.
Deputies arrested of 18-year-old Christopher Lee Irick and 19-year-old Kristopher Shultz.
According to the report, deputies were responding to a burglary in progress when prior to arrival an alert deputy observed a vehicle which matched the description given to dispatch of the suspect vehicle and suspects.
Deputies initiated a traffic stop, at Rosewood Drive and Bluff Road, at which time Irick and Shultz were taken into custody.
The report said at 2:15 AM on Friday, April 19, at Carolina Rims and Wheels located at 1550 Old Dairy Drive, Irick and Shultz cut the locks to the gates at the business to gain access to the rear of the building.
Irick and Shultz also kicked in a front window of the business creating damage to the business estimated at $725.00 and stole a HP Mini, HP Compaq Mini, Impactool, 1 inch drive and War-Lok-TKP -10 set, according to the report.
Irick and Shultz were transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
