The Columbia Police Drug Suppression Team seized $19,500 worth of crack cocaine from a Middleton Street home.

Police say 37-year-old Theodore V. Mosby is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for trafficking crack cocaine.

According to the report, Mosby is accused of having a half-pound of crack cocaine valued at $19,500.

A Crimestoppers tip led officers to the Middleton Street home on Tuesday.

DST received verbal and written consent to search the residence, including a vehicle parked in the driveway, the report stated.

The suspected owner of the vehicle, Mosby, was not at the residence at the time. Police say after a thorough search of the vehicle, officers located the narcotics and seized the vehicle in which the crack cocaine was found.

Officers also located a small amount of marijuana inside the residence, the report stated.

As a result, 40-year-old Derrick Stinson was arrested and charged with simple possession of marijuana.

If you know where Mosby is hiding, you are urged to contact Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
