Photo Gallery | 3 businesses burglarized in one day

The Kershaw County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a series of break-ins that occurred on Tuesday.

Deputies say in the early morning hours on May 23, three businesses in the Lugoff area were broken into and rummaged through.

According to the report, the suspect made entry by breaking through the glass doors/windows leading into the businesses and appeared to have been searching the office areas for loose money or change.

Deputies say the suspect was driving a green Mazda extended cab pick-up with chrome accents around the driver’s side windows as shown in the above photos.

According to deputies, this same vehicle has been identified as being used in similar burglaries across Kershaw, Richland and Lexington counties.
