Man wanted for touching himself in front of woman at Harbison Walmart | News

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS)- The Columbia Police Department has released a sketch of a man wanted for exposing and touching himself in front of a woman in a Walmart parking lot.
The woman told police the man exposed himself to her in the parking lot of the Walmart on Harbison Boulevard just before midnight on February 4th. She said she was loading her bags into her car when the man exposed and touched himself.
The woman was not injured.
Along with a composite sketch created by a forensic artist with SLED, the man is described as black, in his late 30's with short hair. He is believed to be driving a dark green, 2001 Buick or Mercury sedan.
