Man's girlfriend questioned in deadly shooting
COLUMBIA, SC (WIS)- Richland County deputies continue to investigate a deadly shooting at the Fairways Apartments on Powell Road.
Deputies say when they arrived at the apartment at about 4 p.m. Tuesday, 33-year-old Roderick Day's girlfriend was performing CPR on him. He suffered from a single gunshot wound to his upper body.
Day was taken to Palmetto Health Richland where he died from the gunshot wound.
Investigators are trying to determine how Day was shot.
