Providence Hospitals Development Foundation Exceeds Participation Goals | Health
Providence Hospitals Development Foundation marked the end of 2012 with record-breaking employee participation and is preparing to celebrate the Hospital’s 75th year of ministry in the community. As the Development Foundation grows, it has notably added and promoted staff:
Donna Waites was elevated to Director of Philanthropy, and will work to manage annual giving for the Development Foundation, including the Augustine Society. She will use her experience with Providence over the years to cultivate new ways, such as facilitating grant funding, to inject funds into the heart of Providence healing ministries, working with the board and employees to find ways that directly benefit patients and the larger Columbia community.
As a philanthropy associate, Chandler Goudelock will assist with planning and outreach, particularly with the next generation of Development Foundation philanthropists and programs related to annual giving. She graduated from Clemson in the Spring of 2012.
“Donna and Chandler round out a strong team that is preparing to put the Development Foundation’s strengths to work for the hospitals’ patients and employees,” said Libby Anne Inabinet, President, Providence Hospitals Foundation. “We are privileged to work on behalf of the community of faith that founded the Providence ministry 75 years ago, and are committed to finding innovative ways to share God’s blessings through the Foundation in 2013.”
