City to Host Workshop on Good Housekeeping & Grease Management for Restaurants, Food Service Establi | Events

All food service establishments are encouraged to attend an upcoming workshop entitled "Good Housekeeping & FOG (fats, oils and Grease Management for Codes

Compliance" hosted by the City of Columbia’s Stormwater Management & Wastewater Compliance Sections. The workshop will be held on January 23, 2013 from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Registration is free at the door and begins at 9:30 AM. The meeting will be held at 3907 Ensor Avenue in the Eau Claire Print Building.
