City of Columbia Issues a  Sanitary Sewer System Overflow Notification

The City of Columbia has experienced an overflow of sanitary sewer at 34 Carriage Trace Lane in Richland County.
The City of Columbia Wastewater Maintenance Division identified a sanitary sewer overflow at 11:20 AM on February 23, 2013.

As a result of surcharge in the line due to high water in the gravity sewer line sanitary sewer was introduced into Stoop Creek.
