Richland County Conservation Commission and Richland Soil & Water Conservation District invite you to an Arbor Day Ceremonial Tree Planting on Tuesday, December 4th, 2012 at 4:30pm. The planting will be beside the Richland County Administration Building (2020 Hampton Street, Columbia, SC 29205) near the old LRADAC site.
