On Wednesday, Nov. 14, Mayor Steve Benjamin & Babcock Center Foundation will present the unveiling and proclamation of the 2012 “Official City Ornament”.
The event is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at the Robert Mills House and Gardens Grounds 1616 Blanding Street, Columbia SC.
Each year, the Mayor of Columbia unveils the Babcock Center Foundation’s “Ornament of Opportunity” and proclaims the ornament the “Official City Ornament”.
