Our compassionate, Certified Geriatric Pharmacists will meet with you face to face in a scheduled appointment, to address your medication concerns. Our Geriatric Pharmacists will then provide you, the patient, with a detailed summary of your medications and if problems are found, such as drug interactions, the pharmacist will work with your doctor directly to help resolve these problems.  You can be at ease that all of your medication concerns will be resolved!
